Something not working?

Message us on @tara.deals and tell us the shop you were on and what you saw. A link to the product page helps most, because we can check that exact page ourselves.

No pill on a product page

tara reads the product from the page itself, so it needs the shop to publish one. Most do. If a shop doesn't, tara stays quiet rather than guessing at the wrong item. Send us the link and we'll take a look.

The prices look wrong

tara compares against stores in the Gulf, so a page priced in another currency can turn up odd results. If a number looks off, send us the link rather than trusting it, and always check the price on the store's own page before you buy.

Removing it

Go to your browser's extensions page and remove tara. That takes everything it kept with it. There's no account to close, because there was never one to begin with.
